This morning we awoke to a cloudy sky, with the threat of showers, so we decided to spend our last day here travelling via car instead of motorbike.  We had a few sprinkles of rain, and that was it.  We went to Port George where Judy got to put her feet into the Bay of Fundy.  The water was surprisingly warm, perhaps because of the dark rock bottom here.  Two young girls were swimming :)  We drove through a few more smaller towns, which there seem to be an endless supply of in this area.  We arrived back at Tony & Linda's mid afternoon.  The rest of the crew is having a nap so I am dutifully blogging.  We will do our final check of the bike and load up our gear, as tomorrow we leave for Peggy's Cove and Halifax.  We will check into our hotel in Halifax and are then doing the tour of the Alexander Keith's factory.  Probably no blogging for me tomorrow, as I think it will be a long day.  Wednesday morning we will leave for Port Hawksbury, which is the beginning of Cape Breton and the Cabot trail.  I feel like the real journey is now beginning, as we don't have the comfort of Tony & Linda's to come back to.  These first 4 days have been a good trial run.  Let the adventure begin!!
