We had another warm day going to Digby and Annapolis Royal .  We had a nice lunch on the waterfront again (a recurring theme!) and feasted on the world famous scallops that Digby is famous for.  The town of Digby itself was quaint, with a large marina that we were able to watch boats leaving and arriving, and even witnessed the start of a sailboat race.  Annapolis Royal is the oldest historical site in Canada.  We visited Fort Anne, where there were cannons and underground powder magazines.  We also visited an antique store where the proprieter showed us around and gave us the history of the pieces she had for sale.  She spends 6 months in Asia buying artifacts from Tibet, China, Nepal, and Indonesia.  There was a full size tiki bar set up from Bali and many hand carved teak pieces. Very interesting.  We came back to Tony & Linda's for a barbeque that included scallops and steak.  Yum!
